A few words about me

A content strategist, UX writer, and educator with over 10 years of experience in creating clear, structured, and meaningful communication for tech products, platforms, and people.

I help brands explain what matters — not just what works.

My background is a mix of marketing strategy, technical writing, and product content design. I’ve worked across SaaS, AI, CRM, and education — often as the only content person, bridging the gap between product, design, and support. I’ve led and executed content strategies, redesigned help centers, and researched AI tools to improve team workflows and user experience.

For several years, I also worked as a university lecturer. That experience shaped how I explain things today: with clarity, empathy, and structure.

What drives me

I believe in thoughtful content. The kind that helps users make sense of things. That guides, reassures, and sometimes even teaches — without being loud or flashy. I care about words that actually do the work.
